About Us.

How We Started
Café Attila owners, Lynne Kawakami and Attila Gogos share their love for the culinary arts expressed through their unique heritage and backgrounds. They have been serving the Tri-Valley community since 2001, first as owners of the City of D'Lights Pastry Shop with their offerings of European desserts, cakes, cookies, and morning pastries.
In 2011, they transformed their City of D'Lights business into Café Attila, a new and expanded restaurant and pastry shop near their original location. In addition to their now famous line of desserts and pastries, the restaurant has begun to offer
Bistro-style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Customer favorites like the Corned Beef Breakfast, Chicken Gougère,
Spaetzle, Pork Tenderloin, and a 'To Die For' meatloaf sandwich now grace the seasonal menu at the Café. Everything is created on-site, from scratch, and made from the finest and freshest ingredients.

Cafe To Restaurant
Lynne and Attila take pride in creating something special and personal for each customer, whether it be a birthday cake or a meal with friends and family. View their seasonal menu to see the special offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and enjoy the unique offerings that reflect their special creativity that both bring to this Café. Visit the Dessert Gallery to view their extraordinary, personalized works of culinary art. Our cakes are created with European-style and flair using the freshest and finest ingredients. The presentation and color of the cakes are ultimately determined by the flavor as the mousse or ganache creates the final finish of the cake. All of our cakes in their standard presentation can be decorated with a complimentary greeting.
